Jacob Lee serves as the Treasurer of the Fort Bend Conservatives PAC, bringing principle, leadership, and purpose to everything he touches.
While he does not participate in candidate endorsements or recommendations (reserved for our Committee and Advisory Boards), his presence ensures our operations remain credible, transparent, and mission-focused.
Beyond the PAC, Jacob serves as Communications Committee Chair for the Fort Bend County Republican Party, where he spearheaded the unified messaging and get-out-the-vote strategies that delivered sweeping victories in 2024. His ability to bridge grassroots energy with strategic communication turned potential into performance and earned him the Party’s Man of the Year honor.
Jacob’s impact extends well beyond politics.
As a serial entrepreneur and nonprofit leader, he brings a rare blend of business acumen and mission-driven focus. He’s led enterprises with 10,000+ employees, navigated complex corporate landscapes, and helped build nimble startups from the ground up. Jacob’s leadership thrives at every level, whether scaling companies or shaping coalitions.
We are proud to have Jacob Lee as the public face and the steady backbone of the Fort Bend Conservatives PAC.
The Committee Board (5 members) and the Advisory Board (9 members) are composed of trusted Fort Bend County residents with a consistent Republican voting history who uphold the conservative values of the PAC. Both boards participate in a structured, silent, and anonymous voting process to evaluate candidates using clearly defined PAC criteria.
Board member identities are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed unless a member voluntarily chooses to share their involvement. This anonymity is essential—it protects members from harassment, pressure, or retaliation and allows them to serve with independence and integrity.
The Advisory Board may recommend a candidate by majority vote, while the Committee Board may endorse a candidate only by unanimous vote. If no candidate meets the standard, the PAC may choose to pass on endorsing in that race. To ensure fairness and avoid conflicts of interest, any board member involved in an active campaign is recused from voting in that race.
The Treasurer is the only public-facing individual in the organization and serves solely in a financial and administrative capacity. The Treasurer does not participate in candidate evaluations, recommendations, or votes under any circumstances, maintaining complete neutrality in the endorsement process.
We recognize that some may question the use of anonymity. However, we believe transparency lies in our clearly defined process—not in disclosing individuals. The procedures, voting thresholds, and conflict-of-interest policies are open and consistent, keeping the focus on principles rather than personalities.
● Live in the District of the office for at least two years before running.
● Demonstrate true conservative values, not just a Republican label —
including support for:
- Limited government
- Lower taxes
- Strong families
- Support Traditional Family Values
- Personal responsibility
- Fiscal Responsibility
● Have a voting or public record showing a commitment to conservative principles (for incumbents, current or past elected officials).
● Have a Republican Primary Voting Record in the district in which they are running.
● Run positive, respectful campaigns. We will not endorse candidates who or whose supporters attack other conservatives personally, online, or in public. We expect candidates and their teams to focus on their own message, not on tearing others down.
● Show good character and professionalism — candidates must treat voters, opponents, and the community respectfully.
● Engage with the community directly and consistently, not just online or during election season.
● Understand and support local Fort Bend / District priorities, not just national talking points.
Any candidate, campaign, or affiliated party that chooses to attack, harass, or attempt to intimidate the PAC, its members, or its advisory process due to a disagreement with our endorsements or recommendations may be permanently banned from future consideration. This includes—but is not limited to—verbal or written attacks, threats, coordinated smear efforts, or efforts to compromise the anonymity or safety of advisory board members.
This policy is in place to preserve the integrity, neutrality, and independence of the PAC’s operations and to protect those who serve in good faith.
All endorsements, recommendations, and evaluations published by the Fort Bend Conservatives PAC represent the sole opinion of the PAC and its internal advisory process. These decisions are made based on independent review and alignment with the PAC's conservative values and standards.
Voters are encouraged to conduct their own research and exercise independent judgment when making electoral decisions. The PAC’s recommendations are provided as guidance and should not be interpreted as directives. Please note: These opinions may not reflect the personal views of non-voting board members or individuals affiliated with the PAC in administrative or operational roles.
